Our main office is in Markham, but our team works across the entire Greater Toronto Area: Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Stouffville, Oakville, Milton, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa; and we handle transactions further afield in Ontario, including Hamilton, Niagara, Barrie, and Aurora.
We help clients buy, sell, and lease residential resale homes, pre-construction condos and townhomes, and commercial properties. Alongside transactions, we offer property valuation, investment consultation, professional photography and staging, drone video, marketing campaigns, and mortgage broker referrals.
No. A first conversation, market overview, or property valuation is free and obligation-free. Formal paperwork, such as a Buyer Representation Agreement or Listing Agreement, only comes once we’ve agreed on the scope and you’ve decided to work with us.
Once we meet, we can typically have a home photographed, staged, marketed, and live on MLS in 2–7 days depending on prep work. For buyers, we can set up a custom MLS portal and book showings the same day you reach out.
